Biographie :
Charles Solomon est professeur d'animation à l'UCLA School of Theater, Film et de la Télévision, critique d'animation de renommée internationale et historien.
Il a écrit sur le sujet pour le "New York Times", "TV Guide", "Newsweek" (Japon), "Rolling Stone", "The Los Angeles Times", "International Herald Tribune", "Amazon.com", "Variété", "Modern Maturity", "Télérama", "The Hollywood Reporter".
Son travail a également paru dans des publications au Canada, la France, la Russie, la Grande-Bretagne, l'Inde, Taïwan, l'Allemagne, la Finlande, Israël, les Pays-Bas et le Japon.
Il est l'auteur de nombreux ouvrages dont :
